The ABC’s of Our Onboarding Process

a) We host a fabulous New Hire Onboarding session with your chosen candidate. Together, we discuss the VA Service Agreement and provide essential upskilling on tools and processes required for the job.

b) Your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) then joins the onboarding call to ensure a smooth transition. They provide valuable information, set expectations, and clarify roles and responsibilities.

c) Your CSM captures vital details from both you and your VA to facilitate effective collaboration. This includes preferred communication channels, working hours, and the like.

Our Commitment to Continuous Service and Support

Your assigned CSM will reach out within the first week with a survey form or a friendly call. During this time, they’ll be checking in on your virtual staff performance and will map out coaching interventions as needed.

Please keep in mind that your CSM is also your go-to contact with SAS. Don’t hesitate to contact them as they’re devoted to addressing any concerns to ensure your overall satisfaction.
