We establish a service agreement that outlines the terms, conditions, and scope of our virtual staffing services. This ensures transparency and a clear understanding of the working relationship between your business and our agency. This is sent after the Discovery Call, before screening applicants

We conduct a thorough search and screening process to provide you with a list of highly qualified candidates who meet your criteria.

A. For standard VAs:
It usually takes 2-3 weeks
B. For premium VAs:
It usually takes 2-4 weeks

You have the opportunity to interview the selected candidates and assess their skills, experience, and suitability for your business.

A. If the Candidate is a Good Match:
If you find a suitable candidate, we proceed to onboard them so they can start working immediately.
B. If the Candidate is Not a Good Match:
If none of the initial candidates meet your expectations, we consider your feedback and continue

We conduct a New Hire Onboarding with the chosen candidate to discuss the VA Service Agreement and basic upskilling on tools and processes that is part of the job requirement.

Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) joins the onboarding call to ensures a smooth transition by providing necessary information, setting expectations, and clarifying roles and responsibilities.

The CSM collects relevant client and VA details, such as preferred communication channels and working hours, to facilitate effective collaboration.

Assigned Customer Success Manager will reach out on the first week with a survey form or a call to check-in on the VA’s performance and map out coaching intervention as needed. Your CSM will also be your primary contact with SAS to ensure overall satisfaction and address any concerns you may have regarding your virtual staff.
